Are you going downhill?
When you turn 40, this will happen to you . . .

Inspire Your Day!
Heart
When you turn 40 years old, no matter race, country, or creed, all research and studies prove that everyone who turns 40 will . . . turn 40. Will your health deteriorate? Will you get fat? Or fatter? Will your joints hurt and eyesight fade? Everyone who turns 40, is 40, whatever happens after that—is up to you.
I always believed your health would just go downhill. Then I saw legend Klaus Obermeyer, businessman and pioneer skier, not only did he rack up ski laps in his 40s, he kept going downhill, skiing into 70s, 80s, and skied at 100 years old!!
You decide today, you’re the one on the skis, whether you send it downhill today or sit and watch—is up to you.

Mind
The record for the longest ski jump is an astonishing 253.5 meters (831 feet), achieved by Stefan Kraft in 2017.
In American English that means the length of 2.3 football fields! The faster the skier, the more momentum they carry into the air. So if you want to go far » You gotta send it!
⛷️ Yes, he landed it.
Soul
"Being old is not an excuse to be lazy."
"Your body is like a car. It needs maintenance and care. If you don’t work out, your body will slowly deteriorate." — Klaus Obermeyer
Body
The problem with a New Year’s goal is that you have all year to do it. Open your notes app or get a sticky note and write down your activities for your body this week. Ways to push it, to heal, and to celebrate the one you got. Stick it on your mirror. Then let it go downhill.
